How do you verify delivery conditions?
Three mechanisms depending on the condition you choose: fixed date, automatic delivery on the scheduled date; life event, you confirm, or a trusted contact does it for you; after you're gone, a reference contact you designate validates the situation. Official documents accepted as a complement if you wish.
Can I edit or delete my messages?
Yes, full control until delivery. From your dashboard, you can review, edit, re-record, change the recipient, adjust the date, or permanently delete a message, at any time, no justification needed.
What happens to my data if Keeps View closes?
We've set up data escrow partnerships with independent third parties to guarantee the delivery of your messages, even if the company were to cease operations. You can also export your encrypted videos at any time.
